HEDGESVILLE, W.Va. - No. 1 Hedgesville made just 15 of 68 field goals (22 percent) and suffered its first loss of the season Saturday afternoon, a 63-47 setback to Parkersburg South.

Samathan Guell had team highs of 17 points and five rebounds for the Eagles (5-1), who came in shooting 47 percent from the field this season. Jennie Finafrock added nine points.

Allison Crislip scored 21 points for Parkersburg South, which outrebounded Hedgesville, 36-28.
